Opinion of Olives, Trattoria Del Lupo and Il Mulino NY?

I can't decide which restaurant my husband and I should go to for our anniversary this fall while visiting Vegas. We are not fancy food people. And don't want to spend too much money. So far I have looked at going to Olives at Bellagio, Trattoria at Mandalay Bay or IL Mulino at Ceasars. Anyone been to these and have opinions?
