Opinion on this dress?

Question

I'm considering wearing this dress for my sweet sixteen. The only difference is that it would be in a neon color. Opinions on the dress, and opinions on which neon color I should use. Hot pink? Neon-y blue or green? I'm planning on still have the lace over, but just changing the color of the material underneath.

yeh its really cute. but keep it in black. hot pink would be kind weird looking.

adorable......... i would def go with blue. it is the most versatile. pink would look emo or goth unless ur into that. and green just dont go well with a lot of things. i think it would get more of an 80's look. just some input. hope u find it helpful
