thank you for the kind question i guess it's all a matter of taste really see who likes what best personally from my point of view i like both so i have no right or wrong answer because i like most juices except for certain kinds.

Used to be orange juice.  I can't take the acid reflux.  Apple juice is the best.  Children seem to prefer it to orange juice.  Especially at day care.

both, apple juice is more refreshing on a hot day when youve got a nice cold glass but i prefer orange juice with a meal
