The top is navy blue which clashes with the black.

I like it a lot but i would keep out the boots to make it less black and stuff.

I'm a girl but i would so wear that. i wouldn't wear it with those shoes but other than that it is really cute. maybe some black flats or something

I like the outfit, except I wouldn't wear those boots with a skirt that short. It's a little stripper-esque.

It think it's cute. What I would have used instead of the skirt is a pair of either black or white leggings! That would be so chic! lol! :-) Hope this helps!

not a fan of the purse but the boots and dress are hot. its kind of a modern flapper haha dont ask. but yeah its way cute

This outfit seems  appropriate for someone whose hobby is chasing zebras with a sling or jaywalking while running away from the police on a pogo stick!

i don't like the skirt with the top, or is it a full dress?

and with that boots, it's over going the "goth/rocker" style, and is that what you like to achieve? it's super dark.

it would be chic and yet simple-looking with just leggings or a skinny jeans. and you can play with the colors of your pants.

and on what occasion are you wearing it, do you think that it is proper?

and for the necklace, you already have a designed top, wearing that is way too much. if you want to wear it, wear a plain top. if you want the top, don't wear the necklace anymore. or a choker would be good, or anything not too big.
