I like the classic/elegant design, but personally am not a fan of the size.  But you're not giving the ring to me... Will SHE like it?  That's all that matters!!  And I'm sure you know her enough to know what she will like, and picked this for her, not for the many on Y!A or craigslist.

You did good, man.  But let her finger show it's beauty...no offense to you, but your pinky finger (I'm assuming it's you) does the ring no justice! :-)

It's nice, big, it depends on your girlfriend, does she like to be flashy or is she more conservative? if she's conservative it might embarrass her but if she is the show it off type (which is not bad) it's great!

Hey, if she likes it she likes it. Had my fiance bought me that one I would have expressed my displeasure more strongly than with the one he got me. But why do you care what some random person on Yahoo Answers thinks? If your girlfriend had taste like mine you wouldn't have bought her that ring.

It is absolutely beautiful. It'll look extremely good on her if she's slightly tan too because of the color of it. I'm very sure she'll like it.

It's not really my taste - the solitaire is too large and there isn't anything along the sides to balance it out. But as long as it is something your girlfriend likes, then no one elses opinion really matters.

It's an elegant, yet quite flashy ring. As long as this defines her then you're good to go. You know her best.

But don't change your mind based on other people's opinions.... noone will have the exact same taste as you do, otherwise they'd only be selling this specific ring everywhere.
