helo all. do u consider yourself a fitness freak or something like that? im a fitness freak myself. i work out regularly. and just now i gave a try to something called "feats of strength". just push myself to the limit. in both muscular strength and muscular endurance. this is what i did just now, i weight 170lbs/77kg and i did 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on my shoulder blades. all the way down all the way up. 12 pushups in a row with 120lbs standing on my back,. and then i rest and take a breath for less than 30 seconds and continue with 35 diamond pushups in a row. no more 120lbs on my back. just my bodyweight for 35 diamond pushups in a row. honestly, what do u think of my feats of strength for a guy who weights 170lbs/77kg and stands at 5'11/180cm. thanks and have a nice day.

  1. I am old now but in high school we competed with push ups and myself and another wrestler tied cause no one else could keep up to make us do anymore.  We did push ups for 40 minutes without breaks.  We had different coaches take turns and we had to do what they were doing and the others were referees.  We did one handed push ups, knuckles, diamond, lightweight wrestlers on our backs (around 100 - 120 lbs.) I think what you are doing is good but I would push harder and go for an hour doing regular push ups.  I also weighed around 170lbs as a sophmore or at least I wrestled 171lbs.  The other guy that tied me in push ups was 145lbs.

  2. I think you need to find someone to give you positive reinforcement in the real world rather then on line.

Enough with the fishing for compliments about your physical strength over multiple categories. Maybe ask the 120 pound person that's on your back for a compliment if you are truly that desperate for them. You certainly won't get any from me.
