helo all. just need some opinions. comments are appreciated as well. just be honest. what do u think of a man who stands at 5'11 and weights 170lbs/77 kg and is able to do 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on his shoulder blades. standing, not sitting. so the entire 120lbs/55kg weight is on him. 12 weighted pushups in a row. all the way down all the way up. is it the same like benchpressing 210lbs for 12 reps? or heavier than 210lbs? can u please estimate? if ure an expert and if u do weighted pushups and benchpress. 170lbs person doing 12 pushups in a row with 120lbs person standing on his shoulder blades. is it pretty much like benching 210lbs 12 times in a row or its heavier than 210lbs? if so, how much? what do u think? thanks.

  1. im not positive but pushups are just generally harder than benching, not sure why. and since the 5'11 man would be lifting 290 lbs. as he comes up, it's an 80 lbs. difference. so maybe the pushups are a bit harder.

  2. What makes you even more stupid is you change your name thinking we'll fall for you being a new person. Nice try troll and ty for the 2 cents.

  3. Dear god.  You've asked this EXACT question in roughly 5 other categories.

Dude, you may be buff, but you're still a loser.
