  1. I rode a 2005 Suzuki C50T for awhile, until I traded it in on a new Kawasaki Nomad. The C50/M50/S50 bikes are very nice, but I consider them an "entry level" bike. They have a very good drivetrain and are extremely dependable. The reason I say they are entry level, is because they are priced low but lack some of the more refined features found on more expensive bikes. Lots of plastic, especially chrome-plated plastic (ick!), drum brake in the rear, single disk in the front, but they are comfortable and will run and run with basic maintenance. There's nothing wrong with them, I just wanted a bigger, nicer ride.

  2. Good starter bike, will get a bit old when you have experience though

  3. """" BAD""""""""""

    I own a 2005 Suzuki M50, same engine as the C50

I have been trying to sell it for 2 years and nobody wants it

its very slow and heavy, it runs rich and pours black smoke from the exhaust, it wobbles so bad above 60 mph you can't hold it on the road, its uncomfortable, rear suspension is horrible, the rear shoe brakes won't stop the bike, the cheap plastic tail light-license plate holder cracks and falls off, its hard on gas, all the chrome is plastic, the shaft drive splines strip and wear out, it "CLUNKS" when you shift gears!

Its a POS !!   hate it!

bottom line:   its a very cheap made, generic bike, you're much better off with either a Yamaha 650 V Star, or a Honda 750 Shadow
