Opinions on immigration?

this is something i feel very strongly about. I'm very proud to be english but i don't see why we should have to ut up with immigrants running round like they own the place. most of them that come here don't work and cause trouble. And FACT if black people and asian people were to be kicked out the country, crime rate would go down a heck of a lot.

Pretty racist if you ask me, not to mention incorrect. Statistics show that a lot of "white collar" crime or high-tech crime, if you will, is committed by the OTHER [white] meat.

Immigration causes problems due to failure to assimilate, the resources of the people both educational and financial, failure to adopt the host country's customs and comply with their laws.

That being said, immigration also undercuts the wages of the host country's workers.

Why is it that the children or grandchildren of every immigrant generation want to slam the door behind them? Immigration made this country great, and it will continue to make it more and more great.

How many criminals is one Einstein worth? The list of great immigrants who made our country what it is today would go on for pages. If not for the inventions of immigrant William Shockley, I don't think you'd even have a computer to spout ignorance with. And guess what? The Windows operating system is written in a language created by an immigrant.

Oh, the power that runs through the wires in your house and powers your computer? It was pioneered by an immigrant. The synthetic plastics your keyboard and other computer parts are made out of? The technology was developed by an immigrant.

Perhaps you'd prefer to be crippled by polio. The vaccine was invented by an immigrant.

And you know what? The crime rate is going down anyway. You cannot show a correlation between crime rates and immigration rates.

I totally 100% agree with you. I am not being racist I am just stating the truth...blacks and immigrants think we owe them the world and that they should get anything they want... Here's a small story..

Last year I stayed in a domestic abuse shelter. There was an illegal women there.. 19 and pregnant with here 4th child..all by different fathers. She SUPPOSEDLY was in danger from her boyfriend who lived in Mexico (her in NE) so she's in the shelter. Every night, she left her baby with strangers and went out and prostituted herself.. (but she was in fear of her life)..I asked her about going to work..her comment was "I plan to have 7 or 8 kids and then go to college before I go to work..and I will just let the govt take care of me". In NE if a women says she was abused she automatically qualifies for US citizenship WO having to fill out papers and wait... 6 weeks after moving in the shelter she was bragging "I finally got me and my kids social security cards so now I can get them on welfare" and housing.". Within a week, she was on public housing and had food stamps and medicaid. It takes most people years to get paper work to become legal but she said she was abused so she could get them and not have to wait and she did. JUST TO GET THE WELFARE. I don't believe for a minute that she was afraid of her friend in Mexico (and her in NE).. as a domestic abuse survivor..I certainly would not have went out and been a pro at night if I was in fear for my life...So at 19, and with 4 kids she plans to have 3 or 4 more and NEVER go to work....

Sorry LONG story but it goes along with what your question said.
