  1. it's pretty kewl. ü

  2. I like your pictures.  You've got a lot of nice vivid well composed shots.  A few in there looked over exposed.  But I think you're on an excellent track.

  3. A couple aren't too bad, most are just snapshots. Titles are kinda weird, though. The boat one almost works, but the background is blah.

  4. i think yuo are great:)

i really dont think you need anyone else's suggestions because you are really good just stick to your style and you will do great:)

  5. I am going to be real.....I love them  they are really nice.

  6. i looked at three, all my lovin',  heyy baby, and the rainbow and statue with the building...

you're composition is o.k.  not great but not terrible. there is alot of things said about the rule of thirds,  i like to put my goden mean a little closer to center than that, but not by a whole lot.

all my lovin' seems to have alot of green in it. white ballance?  i can't guess from here.

heyy baby (the pups) i'm a sucker for critters.  the composition could be set up a little better, the upper right  corner has some toy in it that is dark and distracting. the rubber matt they are on is kind of blah...i know, they are pups and live animals are a real challenge to shoot well but take a little time before the shoot to set it up and get the mood right for it...

you seem to have a passion for photography, don't get discouraged and keep shooting and practicing...perhaps there is a camera club or photographer's group in your city you could join, they are lots of fun, and i learn so very much from the more experienced photographers i meet there, also your local community college ought to have photography classes to take (just about anyone with 75 dollars can take a course at ours).

  7. I'm not an art critic so I won't do that; I don't even like art critics. I found your photos express your own unique style of how you see the world. On composition, I think that your photos are breaking a lot of commonly accepted rules. Sometimes that is good and sometimes that is bad. I like the beautiful more than the unusual...but everyone is different and has different tastes. Its  not entirely subjective, I do think that rules have their place in photography.

  8. Don't take pictures with the sun glaring at you, it's extremely overdone and also makes the picture look ugly. Most of your pictures are just very mediocre, but I'm All Caught Up is a bit better than the rest. It's not hard to take pictures, everyone can do it, and everyone's shots can look professional with the right camera, but if you really want to be a photographer you have to start taking pictures that require a change of perspective or thought for the viewer. Your picture needs to express a thousand words and be more than just pictures of scenery and portraits.

  9. average

    nothing special

  10. i love em all! I wish i was that good at taking pics! you've got talent

  11. they are really nice

  12. ii like them.

    good job =)

  13. What do you want me to say. The only one I like is the London one.

  14. You have a mish mash of mediocre snapshots and a few that offer a lot of promise.  One such is the boat, "Forever....heart".  That scene had potential to be a "wow" shot.  Yours is all right, but would have been more compositionally pleasing if you had gotten more of the boat, especially the oar which is cropped awkwardly, and less of the un-interesting sky.  Moving a step or two to the left or right  and getting lower to the ground would have done the trick.  When you see an attractive scene, do you try several shots?  Get in the habit of walking up to the scene, then stop.  Look and think about what you want to shoot.  Where are the most interesting features?  From which direction would the light play to its best advantage?  Can you move a step or two to eliminate a background distraction?  Also it is *usually* better not to have the horizon in the dead center.  You have a lot with crooked horizons as well.  Tilt rarely works in a landscape (or anywhere else, really.  Like selective color, it is way overdone.)

You do have some nice shots, but an awful lot of them are nothing but mediocre snapshots, and eliminating some of the weak stuff will improve the overall perception of your work.  I didn't look at them all, I did like the Eiffel Tower shot on the first page, x, and the statue close to it.

Taking a class will be a great thing to do.  You can also begin to learn the craft on your own.  Begin learning the technical and artistic stuff and keep practicing.  As you advance your knowledge, your skill will grow and your images will get consistantly better.  Keep shooting, and best wishes!
