Opinions please, what bike: Raleigh Detour 3.0, Cannondale Adventure 5.0, Giant Cypress or Sedona?

Question

I want a hybrid bike. I will be using it primarily for city driving, some bumpy roads, a few hills, and then some flat roads as well. I am looking for lightness, reliability, value, and quality.

The raleigh is a leftover for 299

The Giant's are around 329-399

The Cannondale is 399

Any opinoins? Thanks so much!

The Cannondale...........no question.  They're built very well.
