everyone has their own training program. most prefer methods that they feel effective the most. me, i love doing pushing exercises and i do em a lot. i do dips, different style of pushups and so on, to be as strong as i can. n now, i can do 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs person standing on my shoulder blades. n for those who wonder how the person balances on my shoulder blades, i do it infront of wall so the person can touch the wall slightly just to balance. the person doesnt help me at all. just stands on my shoulder blades. i stand at 5'11 and weight 170lbs. if it correlates to benchpress, how much do u think i press for 12 reps. what do u think of this achievement for a guy my size? 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs person standing on my shoulder blades. full range of motion. whats your opinion?
