Opportunities for PCB designer in India & they salary per annum?

I am starting my carrer as a PCB designer in cg-coreEL company at Banglore.Is there any growth in field.After four years I should be in the stage of earning 10lakhs per annum.My is very important for the present family situations.Our company has a two years bonds.Right now my age is 18years.I completd my special diploma in electronics.Now i am earning 1lakh per annum.I joined in this company two weeks before.I signed the bond for two years.So,please say me the role of PCB designer in this technology & show me the bright way.

PCB is good field because for any electronics items PCB should be 100% accurate otherwise it will not work. But 10 lacks package is very heigh . for that you have to do BE Electronics. But PCB is good i am saying again....
