i am about to buy some contact solution, the big opti-free replenish multi-purpose. is this good? that is what came with my contact lenses from the store i got it from. does this mean that is what they use? i have 11 dollars, i am thirsty, what is a good drink? arizona iced tea?

is this good setup - focus contact lenses + opti-free multipurpose replenish solution?

do i wash my hands with warm water + soap before putting on/taking out my contacts?

how do i clean my contacts? how often do i do it?

clean your contacts before you put them in and after you take them out. ALWAYS wash your hands with warm water and soap before taking out or putting in contacts. Never dry your hands on a tissue because that will cause tissue to get on the contact and that would be painful. Opti-free solution is great and that is always what I use. Arizona Ice tea is also delicious. Your setup is awesome of everything should be good for you. And remember if your contacts get dry to use the drops they gave you. ( or purchase from store near solution ) Enjoy your contacts!!!
