What do you do to strain your eyes?(If I know this, then I won't do those things to my eyes, then.)

  1. I wear glasses (feel sorry for me) . It means to try to 'squint' to try to see better. What it actually does is put pressure on the eye to try to see better. It can work, but can give you a headache.


  2. To overuse them. Like looking at a bright computer screen or tv in the dark. Or being out in the sun and not wearing any sunglasses, so having to consistently squint. Or to stay up all night and not give your eyes any rest. Like I said to overuse them.

  3. trying to see in the dark, trying to see in bright light without sunglasses on, any viewing for long hours without closing your eyes in the dark for a while to give them rest, not giving them the nutrition they need by leaving spinach carrots and certain herbs and cottage cheese out of your diet
