I want to purchase call options.

I'm looking at this:

Price Bid Ask B/ASize Open

.39 0.13 0.16 76x20 0.38

Does that mean I have the privilage of purchasing 20 share at $.16. then buying 20 shares at the strike price?

  1. Going off just what is given in the information, here's how I would interpret it:

The current asking price is .16 per contract, and there are 20 contracts available at the price of .16    From the point of view of the investor(being you), if you wanted to purchase these contracts, there are 20 being offered at .16

The current bid price is .13 per contract, and there are 76 contracts available to be sold.  Again, from the point of view of the investor(being you again), if you wanted to sell your contracts, you could sell up to 76 contracts at that price of .13

    Hope this helps

  2. I don't know where you got this infor. When I trade it is difference.

  3. I am using Think or swim to trade option. Difference strike price has difference premium. This plate form is more user friendly, may be you can try it.
