Options to pass a drug test?

I was just promoted at work today. Unfortunately, a urine drug test is required before I receive the promotion. Stupidly, I smoked weed yesterday. It was my first time in a while. My first question is, in the event that I fail the test, will I not only lose my promotion but also be fired from my job? (a drug test was not required for my job before promotion). Secondly, do any of those "drink lots of water and cranberry juice" methods really work? Do detox kits work? If I get really desperate and find someone else to donate their clean urine to me, how do I take it to the test/keep it warm?

And if you're going to criticize me and judge me for my actions don't bother answering. I don't care what you have to say and you're just wasting your time.

Cranberry juice does not work.  Neither do those detox or flush product drinks.

Dude. Drink A LOT OF CRANBERRY. Like one or two jugs!!! My friend tried this and passed. DRINK CRANBERRY!!!!!! it works!

Well, I don't think you should take the test at all. Unless, it's a big promo. and you could get a lot more money, and a lot more credit by doing it. You could go to jail for faking a drug test. I guess you should drink lots and lots of water to flush out the bad things you did. I won't criticize you, you just did something you wanted to. No one should be criticized for what they want to do. I should know, I'm always criticized for c**p.
