Oral antibiotics for acne?

anyone have an suggestions about them? do they work any side effects etc.

I've heard that they use Tetracycline for it, and it works quite well.  You can't take antacids, or milk products within an hour of taking them either before or after taking it. They make the medicine less effective.

I take doxycycl. It takes a little while to work, but when it starts working, it works really well. But you have to be patient. It doesn't start working right away. Nothing does..There are no side affects listed on the container, but it does say not to be in the sun for too long. Oh and the only way to get any pills for acne is by prescription. Good luck!
