Oral thrush or somthing else?

Well im not sure if i have oral thrush or not and im extremley scared cause of its one fo the symptoms of HIV.

First there is a white coating on my tongue in the morning after i sleep it gives me bad breathe aswell, im not able to take it off by just wiping or by wiping it hard, it only seems to come off when i toothbrush and scrape the tongue very well, but when i wake up its there again.

i also have 2 cavaties so could that be the contributing problem?

i dont have any other white coating anywhere in my mouth although, i do have they spots on my upper gums some are white and some are greyish and you can only see them from up close, they dont scrape off at all and dont not cause me any pain whatsoever they were just there the last time i brushed my teeth a few weeks back and are still here.

could they cause by the stress i have, because i have been stressd alot lately thinking about HIV even though i have never had s*x whatsoever nor have injected drugs.

It could be a yeast infection of the mouth.  Treatment is simple, your doctor will prescribe you a liquid you'll swash around your mouth a couple times a day for up to a week.

it could ne fungus or leucoplakia.You need to go to a dentist to get it examined.

Go to a dentist. Thrush is a yeast infection. Babies often get it. I had it years ago as an adult. It has nothing to do with HIV. No s*x, no fluid sharing, no reason to even be considering HIV/AIDS. You don' t catch it in the wind.

You wrote that you brushed your teeth a few weeks back- Is that your tooth brushing regime? Every few weeks? ICK! See your dentist and go brush your teeth-now. Use a good mouthwash. Cavities and poor oral hygiene can lead to other health risks- but not AIDS.
