Oranda goldfish disease?

I went for a vacation for 5 days and when I came back my oranda goldfish got a disease or something. They have some bumps on their heads. I have 4 orandas. 3 of them have big white bumps and the other 1 has red bumps. Can someone tell me about this disease and how to cure it?

New growth....in the wens (head growth)...comes out in white tuffs and will turn the color of the rest of the wen over time. I have had a red patch on a wen and that came out adventually as sloughed off...

that type of fish have been bred to have certain characteristics for example some have big puffy bags under their eyes, orandas have a brain looking thing on their head, basically its natural, if it can be called that. If it is not a good picture then look on the internet at oranda pictures and some better ones should come up  hope this helps.
