Orange Flashing Light

Question

The printer is acting like either it has a paper jam or there is no paper as the orange light is constantly flashing. It will obviously not print. There is no jammed paper inside, I have removed the paper and the back and even checked under the lid. Everthing is connected as normal and the printer and laptop have been restarted many times. The printer is a HP Photosmart D6160
