Orange Livebox Problem????

Right This is annoying me now i have the orange live box and windows vista and a net gear wireless adapter and now what happens is the internet is working fine but the adapter keeps constantly flashing then

at random times the internet just drops and i have to unplug then plug back in ive already tried moving the livebox and resetting to factory settings so dont say them plz and ive tried unplugging everything plz ppl help

  1. Not sure what the orange livebox is, but im going to assume its a modem or router. You need to perform an isolation test. This involves unplugging every single phone, fax etc from ALL the phonelines in your house, then JUST plus in the modem and see if the internet connect stays stable. You really need to supply more details of your internet connection and such, but if your on adsl, adsl2, adsl2+ or what ever, you need line splitters attached to all your phones and fax to separate the bandwidth's. They will cost 10 - 20 bucks each and just separate the phone line from the internet line. If this doesnt help give me some more information and ill try again! good luck!

    Ignor that if your internet works fine out of the wireless...

    Sorry, re-read what you wrote. Its a wireless problem? Hmmm, make sure your in range of the wireless router. What modem do you have? I had an issue where both my modem/router and wireless routher were running as DHCP servers, so i had to set one as the server and the other just to pass it on wirelessly. Give more info!
