Orange mobile credit problems?

right here it goes

i bought a game on my mobile off orange for £1.50. i had around £10 in credit at the time. a few days later i had spent around £5 in credit on calls so when i phoned my credit number i was shocked to hear it say 16p! when i went on my online receipt it said that on the day i bought the game hours later i had also bought 2 games in one minute, one for £1.50 and the other for £3! i know that this is not true for 2 reasons.

1. my phone would not be quick enough to download 2 games in 1 minute.

2. obviously i know for a fact there is NOT 2 new games on my phone!

so please anyone else had this problem or any solutions other than call customer services?

Sorry but you will have to call them. The first game you know you bought was it off Orange internet or a subscription service? If it was a subscription service and you were not informed the time you downloaded the game then Orange should refund you. Good luck and i hope this helps.

May be you didnot read the small print or you pressed the button twice.

Call them up anyway.
