Question:

Orange splotches on my clothes?

So, recently I started doing my own laundry because I thought my dad was doing something that kept on getting orange splotches on my clothes (looks kinda like bleach stains) and they're annoying as h**l and makes me not want to wear them. So now I wash my own clothes, and today I just noticed I have on one of my shirts those stupid spots. It's a gray shirt and it's mainly by the neck. I'm not sure if it could be from me getting some stuff from acne on it, but I'm super careful with that stuff and I have never worn that shirt to bed so it couldn't have rubbed off at night. In the morning I take a shower so all of the stuff should have washed off so it wouldn't be able to get on my nice shirt. What the h**l is going on with it! Is there any way I can get rid of the orange splotches?

  1. there could be residual bleach left over in the washing machine. run a cycle with no clothes in it to rinse it away. then try doing laundry as usual.

  2. If  you are pouring detergent directly onto the clothes before it fills with water this could cause this. Always allow the washer to fill and start to agitate before adding your detergent.=)

  3. OXYCLEAN.

I'm not joking- that stuff really works
