Orange woods aka Orange Properties - No furniture delivery How should we solvethis?

Orange woods colleted lot of money. Still now they didnot deliever the products. How should we solve this.

  2. Contact your credit card company to dispute the charge, contact a local TV station to see if they will help you get your money back, contact the Better Business Bureau and if need be the local police department/

  3. I am one such affected party. We had booked the furniture paying cash on 6th May but have not received the furniture yet. Every time a new date is given. These people have not yet serviced the initial orders and have already started advertising another offer in TOI.

    We are planning to file a public litigation case and a police complaint and need your email-id to communicate further course of action. I have created a google group. Please get yourself included in this group "orange-woods-customers@googlegroups.com... to send further communciation.

  4. Oh! I thought i am the only one who was affected. There are many. My case is pathetic. After 45 days, they have delivered only the wall unit (for the sake of delivery) and they did send the carpenter to fix it for the past 3 weeks. Atlast after a long struggle, carpenter has come and after completing 75% of the work, he found few of the parts are missing, now it is lying in my house as it is. Again i have contacted them, and their lousy customer care service answered in their usual fashion 'WE WILL GET BACK TO U'.
