Orchid care?

Question

I have a white orchid in my bathroom. When I bought it, it had about 5 petals, but now they are turning pink and falling off. The leaves are green and look healthy. I water it every 5 days. Why are the beautiful petals falling off?

dont waist your time , it has no smell.

I had a white orchid which bloomed for 4 months, when the petals fell off and the stem started to turn yellow I cut it off about halfway down.....keep watering it till next year and it will bloom again.  You are watering it correctly if it is moist to the touch not sopping wet , don't forget to make sure it is not sitting in water, just moist!
