Don't get me wrong, I love the USA (I don't be hatin'!). It's just, having traveled a lot, I've seen what many countries have to offer (though I would rank many other European countries above France and England).  I think all countries in the world have strengths and weaknesses.  One of my favourite countries is Uganda, even though it's probably got more problems than all of the above countries combined!  So, I don't think you can just say "best", you know?  The key is to keep an open mind and look for the best in every place you visit. :)

I will rate them as to which I like best personally.

England - as I lived in london for over 2 years and loved it

Framce - I have visited some lovely places in France, and really loved Paris and looking to go back soon.

New Zealand - never been, but am from Australia and would like to go there one day.

Canada - never been but want to

USA - been to New York and loved it, but not my most favourite of countries.

i love germany even though i haven't been there it's just my whole life i have wanted to travel there because of it history of world war 2 and i'm love learnign about world war 2 its so sad and hits me everytime i hear about it.
