Order up wii food critic?

How can I pass the food critic at the mexican restaurant... need to know the spices... I am getting a perfect on cooking.. I'm stuck on the spices.

When it comes up with the ingredient that needs spicing...wait until the steam is coming off that ingredient then bring up the spices menu - now look in the top left corner and you will see what spices to add - normally it's 3 spices - add them all at the same time and you will definitely impress the food critic! :D
