Ordered a Yahoo! game online but never received?

i ordered a Yahoo! game online thru my Debit card but have yet to received it. Ive just received my monthly statement and it shows that the amount, US$19.99 has already been deducted. Please help. :(

bug the person or company u bought it from. this is like my problem i ordered a security program for my computer directly from the company site and i have been waiting all of october to get it!!

Was it for an actual CD? Or maybe it was for a download!

How long have you waited? If over 30 days you may be to late. Go to your bank and fill out a dispute form. In the other section. Never received the product or merchandise. No if it is a downloadable item most banks will not refund this charge. Explain why you waited so long to file a dispute in the other section. Like you were waiting on the product to be delivered.

You need to look at your statement to see who actually charged for the game. Yahoo does not own or sell games, they merely provide a place for you to get the game. It would be GameHouse, or PopCap Games, or something like that. That's the one you need to contact.

I had a similar problem with Yahoo and their customer service was deplorable.  I ended up calling the number on my credit card statement and talking to a person, who to his credit was helpful and refunded me for some (but not all!) of the erroneous charges.

Since then, I recommend people to buy games from other sites with better support.  Most sites all have the same games from the same indie studios anyway.
