I am 6'3". I order +3/4" and I measured them after the round and they seem to measure +1". Is it too late to complain? Although I hit them 10-15 yrds longer they feel akward. Is this common with new clubs.

  1. Even the Pros go through an adjustment period when they get new clubs....give it a couple of rounds for you to adjust....but......If the clubs are custom ordered and not to the specs you ordered....I'd complain....you pay good $$ for clubs ..you should receive what you order.

  2. sell them on ebay

  3. A quarter of an inch doesn't make any difference at all. Most of the problem is mental. Have you ever heard of the term " choking up" on the club or " choking down on the club" ? Just place the hands a quarter inch lower on the grip and you will be where you thought you would be. No big problem. Just get used to the additional yardage and remember to compensate for it. There are a lot of ugly spots behond most greens.

  4. If they are not to the specifications that you ordered then you have every right to return them .

  5. Golf is a mental game, so if they feel too long to you go to your local golf shop and have them take 1/4" or 1/2" or etc. off your clubs and regrip them for you.  Not a big deal to set your mind right.
