Ordered item from radioshack in store how do i track it without an order number?

ok so i bought an item in radioshack and payed in store for it not online with a credit card i also did not recieve an order number when i bought it how can i track it thru fed ex with out an order number or can i at all??

Depends upon what type of order it was, which should be on the receipt.

They have several types, both official and unofficial

1-RadioShack.com : this type of order would have to paid for with either a credit card or RS gift card. You would have received a confirming email that the order was placed, and another when it was shipped and billed. The second email would have a tracking number in it.

2- Direct2U: Would be rung up through their cash register, and again the receipt would indicate that it was a D2U order, and give you an order number, and a website to check on it(Radioshack.com/d2u)

4. Unofficial - typically used when the item is being shipped in from another store, or is known to be on the way either from another store or from one of the warehouses. These is nothing on the receipt to show that this is a special order, the receipt will show that it is a regular purchase. You cannot track this online- call the store  and check-some store managers are very organized and make it easy to keep track of this type of order, some are not. Follow up with the store manager.
