Ordering Problem?

I recently ordered from xdr2. I was given an order number to check on my order with UPS. I went to their site and the number does not work. I have been unable to check on my order at all.

i think you should call up there just to check on it. I know online is easier buit i would just to confirm and let them know the website isn't working .. good luck

How long ago did you get your tracking number? Sometimes it takes a day or so before it's available for tracking. Be sure to include the alpha characters and check the box under the tracking number that says you agree to the terms, etc.

Also, are you sure it's UPS and not FedEx or USPS?

I hope these questions aren't insulting, but these are just the first things to rule out.
