Ordering from CCS?

I have a couple of questions about ordering from CCS

First off When i order by mail what kind of envelope do i use regular or certain?

Secondly, When i send the order do i put the money order and order form in the same envelope or wait till they bill me?

I rip out the order form and put it in and envelope or just use the whole magazine?

Do i put the shipping and purchase of the item in the same money order or two separate money orders?

Sorry to bother anyone but this is my first time ordering from CCS and i dont want to order any other way

1. A regular envelope is fine.

2.Yes , put them both in the same envelope.

3. just send the order form only with your money order.

4.Put the total of the 2 on one money order for your purchase.

Do this and you'll be fine, ordered the same way and had no problem/

I've ordered from CCS a number of times usually online though...

regular envelope is fine

put money order & order form in together

rip out order form only

yes...all goes into the same money order!
