Ordering from telephones online .... do the packages come packed so you carnt see what it is?

The quickest and easiest way to find out would probably be to email or call them and ask.

My experience with any company when ordering products is the product package is packed inside a plain box. I couldn't imagine them sending you a phone in the box and not having it properly packaged.
