Can I order from sites based internationally using a prepaid Visa gift card?

I was wondering if it would work on sites like Yesasia (Hong Kong), CD Japan (Japan), etc.

You should have no problem, as long as you have registered the gift card with the card issuer (added your name and address to the card). This is important because the name and address you give to the website for billing should match the name and address you have on file with the gift card issuer.
