Ordering something offline?

i'm trying to order something offline with my credit card and the only option is paypal..i dont have a paypal account..do i need one? why is that the only option..

it says it's being billed to my email...i dont understand. please explain if you know about paypal and order things offline

I don't understand by ordering offline.

Paypal is a good secure online method of buying items either it being on ebay or other online merchants.  This third-party method is secure.  I would recommend setting-up an account if you currently don't have one.  Just follow the instructions for opening an account and how to get verified.  As far as it being billed to your email, well that doesn't make sense to me.  Good luck!
