  1. According to one home remedy, relief can be obtained by the use of a vinegar douche, consisting of 2 tablespoons of ACV mixed in one quart of warm water, applied twice a day until the burning and itching symptoms of the infection have stopped.

Frequent douching however is no longer recommended, since recent studies have shown that this can cause more harm than good.

A vinegar bath, prepared by adding one cup of ACV to the bath water, can help provide external relief.

If you tend to get frequent yeast infections, try to find the cause (such as antibiotic use or a diet too high in refined sugars) and reduce or eliminate it.

Organic apple cider vinegar does really work and is very good for you!! It will give your skin a healthy fresh glow owing to its ability to aid in digestion and get everything running smoothly.

Go and get yourself some organic apple cider vinegar ~ Braggs is a good quality brand. put 2 tablespoons into a mug and fill with water, mix it up and drink through a straw (to protect the enamel on your teeth) ............ this will encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and aid in digestion of your meals thus also helping with constipation. It will also cure an acid tummy by increasing digestion and realkalising your tummy.

Apple cider vinegar will eliminate heart burn and acid reflux symptoms........ have two mugs if you have to. All natural ingredients, no chemicals or rubbish to upset sensitive little bodies in organic apple cider vinegar either.

oh, please ensure that you buy organic as the commercial varieties have had so much goodness taken from them that they could really never possibly be used for therapeutic purposes .... i'm thinking that you already know that though.

Shake the bottle well too so that the Mother (active ingredient) in it is well dispersed throughout the ACV.

To resolve yeast and bacterial infections you need to avoid all yeast and sugar products ......... sugar will literally feed the yeast overgrowth allowing it to flourish......... ditch the alcohol and sodas and diet sodas too if you drink any .......... antiobiotics, especially broad - spectrum antiobiotics will also kill the helpful bacteria which you need for a healthy gut ........ supplement with a good quality probiotic to rebalance gut flora ......... eat more alkaline forming foods such as leafy and green vegies, cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting, organic nuts and seeds such as almonds and brazil nuts........ all these foods are rich in magnesium and will thus encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy aiding in digestion and effective elimination ........ eat organic brown rice and quinoa (prounounced keen ~ wah) as they are both a rich source of the B complex of vitamins and will provide you with the carbs you need for sustained energy and the quinoa is also rich in calcium and iron .......... Avoid sugars such as honey, molasses, fructose, maltose, lactose and fruit juices ...... avoid artificial sweetners and foods containing brewer's yeast - ie - alcohol such as beer, wine, brandy, whiskey, rum, ciders and root beer.... avoid baker's yeast ie ~ breads and rolls and pastries .... avoid mushrooms ... avoid fruits and vegies with any sign of mold growth on them .... avoid fermented beverages and condiments including mayonnaise, ketchup, pickled vegies and pickles, salad dressings (use lemon and olive oil instead), soy sauce and vinegar .... avoid all types of hard cheeses which are a pretty good source of mold.... avoid processed and smoked meats and fish, including hot dogs, sausages, luncheon meats etc....... these meats are processed with sugar, spices, yeast and other preservatives .... avoid canned bottled or frozen fruit and vegie juices cos they have loads of sugar and are commonly made from overripened or damaged produce; generally the skin of the fruit contains surface mold and rotten spots, which are pulverised into the juice... avoid dried fruits.... avoid coffee & tea as much as you can as caffeine will aggravate yeast overgrowth.....................simply eliminate the food source for a yeast overgrowth  and they will disappear on their own ...... if you normalise the bacterial flora in the gastrointestinal tract you will feel much better and in most cases won't need drugs ♥

hope this helps u a bit

    peace 2 u

  2. Other than what the first answerer said, consider fighting yeast and bacterial infections from within as external treatments alone will not work if the problem is systemic and in your internal systems, in the gut and or vaginally. Take acidophilus capsules to replace bad bacteria in your gut, eat garlic liberally or take garlic capsules as these are a natural antibiotic against unhealthy micro-organisms. Also I recommend purchasing grapefruit seed extract and adding a few drops (per label instructions) to your drinking water and take this daily. Its a very potent anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. Another supplement worth taking is caprylic acid: very potent anti-fungal. You also need to be sure you get enough B Vitamins, particularly biotin as it prevents the formation of the mycelial (branching) form of fungi such as candida. You can also try tampons coated in natural live yogurt (sprinkle more acidophilus in the yogurt before coating the tampon and prior to insertion.

Good luck, persevere and always be prepared to try new things as what works for one may not necessarily work for another.
