green houses are just ways for farmers to extend the season into colder months - they allow tomatoes to be grown in Canada for instance.  One benefit of green houses for organics is you can control the pests & disease easier.  But in terms of the results there is little or no difference.

Both Ella and Jautomatt are correct.  The same principles are involved in greenhouse and outdoors farming.  No pesticides and no chemical fertilizers are used to grow produce.

I think green house veggies have a chlorine taste to them.  I don't like them.

I buy fresh produce from local farmers.
