Hey. I am a 7th grade homeschool student. I work on my school at the kitchen table, but my school stuff [books, pencils, etc] has to stay in my bedroom, which is upstairs. My lesson plan sorta goes like this, 2 subjects, break, 2 subjects, break, and so on. I pick what subjects we do each time. My books stay in a 3 wheel cart, but I wanted to put some stuff on my desk. I have a small shelf avalible. What subjects or other stuff should I put on it?

Here are the options

2 subjects

reference matieral

note books.

So for example you could say

Math & Science or reference books or all your notebooks or spelling & geography, etc.

Get me?

Like I said I carry stuff downstairs and I pick what subject we do everytime!

Thanks!

  1. keep a special section for all ur subjects. i arrange them in order i do them in

  2. I would use the shelf for the texts; the desk for the reference materials, journals, and writing utensils; the cart for hauling only those materials for the subjects to be studied at that time.

A little more detail... I'm not clear on if you put all your subjects in the cart or not, but if you know what subjects you plan to study for the next two hours, put the books, notebooks, pens/pencils, reference materials, library books, etc... for ONLY those subjects in the cart to haul to the kitchen, or wherever you plan to do your work.  Haul it back to your room for your break and change out the materials in the cart for the materials for the next set of subjects.

    I hope that helps!
