  1. You want to get organized, that is a step in the right direction. Try to get your sleep pattern back to your school schedule and just tell your self everyday you can do it because you can. Good for you for wanting to do better in school.

  2. If you're just doing it for school, I would say don't bother. Just remind yourself that school isn't real life, and as long as you do well enough to get into ANY college, most jobs won't look at where your degree came from - the fact that you endured the mind-numbing intellectual torpor that is school long enough to get one from anywhere proves your intestinal fortitude and your ability to put up with basically anything.

In the mean time, do their work on their time like you did before and squeeze everything you can out of every second they don't take from you.

If you must get organized, do it for yourself. Do it so the violent intrusion into your non-mandated time they call "homework" and claim is for your own good doesn't get to destroy one brain cell you don't choose to give it. Organize so you can rip through their time-eating nonsense as quickly as possible and move on to something real, something fulfilling, something YOU CHOOSE to fill your time with.

  3. Okay so I was a total neat freak in school, and neatness really does help you get organized and put together, its kind of amazing

    Get dividers for your binder

organize your papers in chronological order have a folder with pockets in your binder, so as soon as you find a hole puncher you can hole punch them and coordinate them in their apporpiate place

Get a planner!! you have no idea how much this helps, write all your homework and afternoon activities

have a daily/weekly/monthly goal, look at it often, it inspires you to work hard write them at the top of your planner (like the week)

As for sleeping start your sleeping schedule now, its not easy to do, but you need to be persistant
