o****m during dreams?!?

Question

Since I have been pregnant I have very vivid sexual dreams, and I always o****m in them. It seems as though I actually have an o****m though, is your mind powerful enough to make you have an o****m even if those nerves aren't being stimulated? I think the reason for having so many of these dreams is because I haven't been sexually active in a while since my son is due in 5 weeks. But I am just confused about this, can anyone shed some light on it for me!

It's called a wet dream.  It's usually an erotic dream where the dreamer reaches full climax in the dream, but also in real life.  Speaking from personal experience, this happens on occasion:  I have a really good s*x dream, have an o****m in that dream, and discover stains in my underwear indicating I had a real o****m.  It's rare, but it happens.  I'm sure another answer will explain the physiology of the occurence better than I could.  Hope it helped.

Well your o****m is controlled by your mind, not by your nerves.  So yes, it is very well possible.

I once watched a hypnotist make a person believe they were being burned, and they screamed out in pain, even though he didn't do anything to them.

Your dream is telling you something, that its been too long since you have had s*x. I'm not kidding. The fact that you are pregnant can also lead to erotic dreams. People can and do have true orgasms in dreams and caused by dreams. Many people, including myself, report having an o****m in a dream and wake up to finding themselves having one.

I have children and had s*x right up until they were born. Unless, you doctor told you not to, there is no reason you shouldn't be having s*x.

Sometimes i feel pain, coldness, the urge to pee, crying in my sleep...I may have had an o****m in my sleep...

But it's comepletely normal.

Why do we have sexual dreams?

We dream because of the intense activity that is constantly going on in our subconscious minds. And since s*x is one of the most powerful of all human drives, it's not surprising that so many dreams have a strong sexual content.

Do people have orgasms in dreams?

Definitely! Women don't do this very often, but it does happen - especially at times when they're 'highly charged' sexually.
