Original Soupman in Columbus, Ohio (soup n**i)?

There were some news stories last winter about the Original Soupman opening a store in Columbus Ohio. I have since looked to see if it has opened, but I can find anything online about it. I was wondering if it was open and if anyone had been there.

He actually still runs a store in NYC. He never did open up a store in Ohio, it's just a rumor. By the way, I'm a Seinfeld fan too!

I haven't heard anything about that and I;m sure my friends would be talking.  Where would it be?  A mall or North Market?

Maybe you heard about his soups now being in grocery stores.  They are sold frozen.
