Orphan bro & sis on their own in House, Tim hutton?

late 70"s early 80"s parents either died or left the kids. I think Tim Hutton was oldest, he would do odd jobs for money to feed lil bro & sis. He used water in cereal, in place of milk which they could not afford. Thank you
