Orphanages?

Are there any ones in the us I know there not called orphanages now but IDK what their called.

So if there are can I have a list? and are their any like in the movie ANNIE? anywhere?If so id like the link or name of that 2.

I believe 'Annie' was set in the 1930's.

They have group homes but they are for kids who went through foster care and were to disruptive to stay.

There are no longer orphanages in the United States.  There are group homes, but those are different, for children who are unable to function in multiple foster homes.  If they were treating the children poorly they would be closed or put under new caretakers, so what you are wondering about isn't exactly happening anymore.

There is the possibility for abuse and neglect in a foster home, and finding an example of that would be easier then finding an example of a "bad" orphanage (or any orphanage for that matter).
