Ortho-Tri Low----YAZ HELP!!!?

Question

I'm 20 years old 106lbs and have been taken Ortho-Tri Low about 4 years and 2 months. I just switched to YAZ because I was having things like break threw bleeding, skipping periods and spotting. I have been taken YAZ now for 5 days. Every day I take it I feel sad at random. Like I could crawl in a ball and just cry. And feel very with-drawn I don't want anything to do with anyone....is this all normal for this form of birth control? I thought it was supposta help with mood swings.

I do have alot of other things going on in my life like: live in boyfriend had surgery can't walk the last 2 days worried about money also since he can't work for 2-6 weeks. Car was vandized then broke down yesterday.

Anytime you start something new your body needs time to adjust. I had the same symptoms with the Ortho-Tricyclen Lo. After your first pill pack you should start feeling better however if you don't or it gets worse call your doc. You may be on too strong of a birth control pill. Good luck!
