Orthodontic insurance??

Question

I need to get braces but they are SO expensive. Our dental insurance does not cover ortho...is there an affordable insurance plan that would cover orthodontics??

Well you could check out this web site, It is not insurance but a medical discount program that you pay a monthly fee for. It allows you to get discounts for dental, vision, chiropractic, prescription and physician visits. The plans start at $14.95 for individuals and $19.95 for an entire household up to 20 people. The dental does allow you to get discounts at orthodontists. If you have any questions about the plan you can always email me.

I'm sorry, I don't no.  I'm getting braces in a couple weeks and there going to at least cost $4,500!  And we don't have insurance.  The best of luck with you,  Sorry I didn't answer your question, I just you to know your not the only one out there!  Good luck with braces!
