I think it's fake.I mean he landed 300 feet.Okay first off helmet or not yuor going to get more than a couple cuts and bruices.It was not even on the state news he lives in.I think it's a setup from WWE.I think he will appear at unforgiven.If it  is real which it probally is not than he will be back at surival seris.

It is fake. How is he going to fly 300 feet and hit only a collarbone. 300 feet is a football field from one touchdown zone to the other. After everybody knows he was cleared to wrestle, he tells us he is injured. An online reporter looked in that area's news and called to police and no records. WWE can't lie for anything. How is he going to fly 300 feet. Owen Hart fell about 80 feet and dies and you can't fly 300 feet going to only 30 miles an hour. John Cena lied about his injury. He wasn't suppose to return until after Mania. Orton isn't allowed to do anything that can kill you, it is in the contract

This is what Orton said on his official site:

i was ran off the road last night at 1030 by a car that had its hi beams on and was veering into m lane during a sharp turn a the top of a hill near my home. i had no choice but to crash, and was thrown 300 feet from the concrete block that sent me flying. i was traveling about 30 miles per hour. i'm lucky to be alive. i have some pretty severe skinned up areas such as my left knee right foot, and left shoulder trap. wwe. com should be posting that it wasn't 30 feet but 300 soon. i just called and bitched em out, for the typo. i was wearing a helmet, and if not for that i would have without a doubt been a goner. i see what the extent of my rebroken collarbone is tommorow. ill let you all know. the bike was a harley fat bob, and it was a rental. it is totaled.im happy im alive, and that the bike wasn't mine. all i could think about was my daughter and samantha. God was definetly watching over me!!

And apparently no papers, Media, News etc have evidence to report the slightest part of this accident.

Given his status as a famous pro wrestler you would think it would of been reported, Even his broken collarbone he had at one night stand was on the news in Missouri apparently.

BQ - Yeah but I woulden't be surprised, I mean, He said himself in a recent interview before the accident that he thanks god he had a broken collarbone so he could be home with his wife and new baby and for him he can say he re-broke his collarbone and that's all because he already had one so he can probobly easily say he re-broke it. I would say it would effect his status in the WWE, Maybe to get 'even' with him they would turn him babyface which he has openly said he hates being.
