  1. Lately with Oscar being more of a promoter than a fighter anything is possible.

Thinking back to his fight with Trinidad he gave away the fight by blowing the last few rounds.

Maybe he did this hoping to earn more money with a rematch, which there wasn't one.

  2. one mayweather is gonna stay retired 2 oscar is gonna retire when he looses against pacquaio

  3. There's always conspiracies in ever major boxing match these days. The fact is that Mayweather was too quick for DLH, and DLH doesn't have the movement that he had 10 years ago. The purse was so high, because everyone will tune in to watch DLH. He's a pretty boy that attracts the women, he's Mexican, and knowledgeable boxing fans will pay to watch him fight. He's a good draw.

  4. i think thats bullsh*t!!!!! but then again we never know

  5. I will be honest...their first fight was sponsored as the fight that the whole World was waiting for. It was advertised as is was going to be the fight of the year. It sold a lot of PPV's. But the reality is that the fight didn't live up to the hype, and it was boring to be honest. They ain't going to fool me again, I'm not wasting my money paying a PPV to see an old fighter who can't knock people out anymore fighting against a "Pretty Boy" who just tries to do enough to catch the attention of the judges. Floyd's accomplishments since going up to 140, 147, and 154 aren't something amazing like other people think.

Here is a list of his opponents:

    1. Arturo Gatti - A mediocre fighter who had three good fights against Mickey Ward. Gatti was way past his prime when he fought Floyd.

    2. Sharmba Mitchell - WHO?

    3. Zab Judah - Floyd had a UD win over a fighter who came from a lost to Carlos Baldomir (who?).

    4. Carlos Baldomir - A mediocre boxer who got lucky and defeated Judah and an aging Gatti. He is a slow fighter with no punching power at all. Easy pick for Floyd.

    5. Oscar De la Hoya - An aging fighter who isn't even half as good as he used to be in his prime. Floyd beat him by a close decision.

    6. Ricky Hatton - An overrated fighter who couldn't give a good fight over 140 pounds. His only other fight as a Welterweight was when the judges stole the fight away from Collazo to give it to Hatton. A Jr. Welterweight with no serious KO power with no defense. Another easy pick for Floyd.

Floyd calls himself the best in the world, but isn't willing to fight the real good fighters of the division because he's afraid he might get KO'd.
