Sure a bunch.

The park by the lake has some pretty parts (end of Simcoe street).

The park right downtown with the band stand could look ok, if you did it right, but it would probably be hard to find space to be alone.

If you want lots of trees you could go to Trillium Trails north of Oshawa on Simcoe street.
