Osu vs. um family rivalry commercial

Question

my parents have told me about it and i wanted to see it, but i can't find it anywhere. they said it was played during the arena football champ.

it shows a house that i guess is pretty much destroyed on the inside, and you hear two siblings fighting, then the dad sprays them with a hose and then the mother splashes the dad in the face with her drink.
